Changing food habits can be HARD. In the grand scheme of things, it seems like eating should be a simple habit to change, but like any habit, changing the way you eat requires education, repetition, encouragement and consistency. This is where I come in.
Consultations. Sometimes, you just need someone to talk through health concerns with. I provide that step between you and the doctor….the space between identifying the need to change/wanting to change and calling in the big guns. Sometimes you just need someone to help you come up with a plan to become healthier using food first and eliminating toxins. A consult with me means an e-mail or phone call where I listen to you and your concerns and I help come up with a plan to get you on the path to feeling better. Some folks just need a quick 20 minute chat about a specific issue, while others may need longer sessions throughout a month or several months. These are the basic options, but if you need something more tailored, get in touch with me and we’ll figure something out. (Feel free to send me a note here to make sure we’ll be a good fit before committing to a session.) Again, I’m not an expert. I’m just experienced. I am not here to diagnose or heal or cure anyone…I’m just simply passionate about helping others feel their best to give their best.
